COUNCIL (YAC)?
The Council’s objective is to create a continuum from student to alumnus, and foster relationships with young alumni that lead to lifetime involvement. The Council is to serve as a training ground for service to the Saint Augustine's University community, as well as other groups and boards outside of the University community.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE YAC? The purpose of the young alumni program is to identify and address the needs of alumni who graduated from the University in the last fifteen (15) years by providing educational, philanthropic, social, and networking opportunities. The Council’s objective is to create a continuum from student to alumnus, and foster relationships with young alumni that lead to lifetime involvement.
WHAT ARE THE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBERS OF YAC?

DO I BECOME A MEMBER? Membership is available to ALL alumni who have received their degree in the last fifteen (15) years and desire to serve SAU and NAA-SAU through volunteerism and philanthropy. Members of YAC shall transition to regular members of NAA at the expiration of the fifteen (15) year. From years one (1) to three (3), NAA-SAU membership dues will be $18.67; from years four (4) to ten (10), membership dues will be $25. For years ten (10) through fifteen (15) years membership dues convert to the current annual membership rate, which currently is $50. This does not include your YAC dues which have been set at $25 per year. |
